Vancouver Canucks vs. Philadelphia Flyers

The Philadelphia Flyers entered the NHL for the 1967-68 season. By the time the Canucks joined the league, the Flyers were on their way to becoming the Broad Street Bullies that won two Stanley Cups in the 1970s. In later years, Canuck wins have been hard to come by. The two teams have met in the playoffs once.

Historical Notes: Andre LaCroix was the first player to score a hat trick against the Canucks (November 29, 1970) ... The most penalty minutes ever handed out during a Canuck game occurred on February 22, 1980 (138 minutes for Vancouver, 164 for Philadelphia, 302 combined) ... The Flyers were the first team to score 13 goals against the Canucks in a single game (October 18, 1984) ... The Canucks and Flyers did not meet in 2006-07.
